Extinguisher CRM

In December 2011, we celebrated our 10th anniversary with the beta release of our Extinguisher CRM, a project that's been years in the making.

The Extinguisher CRM is a Web-based software solution that will enable you to manage your entire admissions process in one system, from student search to enrollment.

The CRM facilitates targeted communications with a variety of audiences, including prospective students, parents, guidance counselors, and other educational constituencies, using the system’s eight fully integrated marketing tools. Each of those tools – Admission Applications, Broadcast Email, Chat, Email Manager, Event Planner, Forms and Surveys, Live Counselor, and Telecounseling – is both completely customizable and simple to use.

The Extinguisher provides access to each student's communications history and tracks all communications in real time.

You can generate customized management reports with just a few clicks, or use our standard reports, if you prefer.

The system supports an unlimited number of users and allows you to customize user permissions based on staff roles.

As with all of our products, the Extinguisher CRM includes free support – days, evenings, weekends, and holidays – and there is no cost for training.
